New York Botanical Garden

The New York Botanical Garden is America's premier urban garden. NYBG and Seibert & Rice have had a longstanding relationship. Seibert & Rice planters have adorned various gardens and collections across NYBG's 250 magnificent acres, as well as ornamented many of the institution's renowned horticultural exhibitions. For the Lu Esther T. Meltz Library at NYBG, we created custom planters incorporating design elements from the building.

In honor of its 125th Anniversary, NYBG and Seibert & Rice collaborated to produce a specially commissioned commemorative pot. The design team drew inspiration from planters featured at NYBG for some five decades to create a handcrafted, limited edition pot bearing the 125th Anniversary imprint. The NYBG Anniversary Pot is used in the gardens and special exhibits at NYBG, and is also available for purchase at the NYBG Shop.
