We make every effort to provide accurate, complete, and current information on the Site. However, on occasion, some information may be incomplete, incorrect, or inaccurate. Any such errors are unintentional and we apologize for them. We reserve the right to amend, correct or update information on the Site at any time. In the event that any product listed on the Site shows incorrect information due to photographical error, typographical error, error in pricing information, or error in sizing information, Seibert & Rice shall have the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for the product listed with incorrect information, whether or not the order has been confirmed and a credit card charged. Damage
Our products are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse. All merchandise must be inspected immediately upon receipt, and any damage must be reported to Seibert & Rice within 24 hours of receipt. Please keep any damaged products and packing materials for inspection.
Variation of Pieces and Color
All dimensions are approximate. Styles and sizes may vary slightly. Because our pieces are handmade, the following characteristics are common: slight color and size variation; smudges; kiln kisses; and/or fingerprints. Please be aware that fine cracks that arise in the drying process are characteristic of handmade terra cotta and are not considered a defect in the product. Due to the chemical composition of the soil from which our terra cotta is made, it is common for the pots to have whiteness on the surface.
Returns
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Merchandise is not returnable.
